It was hands-down the very best massages we'd ever had. It was the biggest treat of our time together!!! We LOVED it and we were soooo relaxed - almost fell asleep!! They were both sooo excellent!!!! Thank you and may I say I LOVE Spa Gregories. My husband laughs because when I am having a rough day or stressed out I look through your booklet and fantasize about all my future treatments (true story). My experiences there cannot be described I feel like a wealthy/famous person when I am there. The treatment from your staff is fantabulous, my last treatment was the ancient bathing ritual, it was FABULOUS hydrotherapy in a candle filled room is genius/decadent/dreamy. I have brought my mom and friends in a few times and intend to keep bringing people to share in the wonderfulness, I will bringing my mom back on Mothers’ Day. My perfect day would be a day spent (including your yummy turkey sandwich) at your facility receiving treatments and relaxing in your quiet room (and of course the gift shop I am an Arcona cranberry triad pad addict). There are many things I enjoy and a few that I am passionate about they are my husband, friends, good wine, good food, and last but not least Spa Gregories. I’ll be in soon, I am thinking of a trying a polish, but I love your facials, but wait miscrodermabrasion. .. no I think hydrotherapy….aughh… it is all so wonderful its’ hard to choose. If I ever win the lottery I fully intend to be there everyday (would I get my own locker?)!!

I just wanted to let you know while I have not used your services yet, I am extremely impressed with your customer service at the Newport Beach location. I purchased, by phone, a facial and massage for my mom for mother's day. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially John. He personally delivered the gift certificate to my office so I would have it in time for mothers day. Not only do I appreciate the delivery, I was pleasantly surprised that it was wrapped so beautifully. John really went the extra mile and is an excellent first impression for this spa experience! I am looking forward to my mom using your spa if the spa services performed are as exceptional as the service I received already. I have tried the majority of the Spa's in the Orange County area and the best treatments with the most variety are at Spa Gregorie's. I highly recommend trying the Epicuren facial with Sarah Bakman. She is an expert facialist and the results from the Epicuren facial are remarkable.

I am a New Yorker who was looking to have my hair done before my San Diego Wedding. The front desk staff went out of their way to find a stylist who would come in the morning after Christmas to do the job. Colleen was friendly and gave me a style which got compliments at the ceremony.
I fell in love with the quiet, luxurious rooms of the spa - so much so that I took my sister in law with me to get side-by-side pedicures. There happened to be two other sets of sisters-in-law there and I loved chatting with them. The ladies I hung out with spoke of how this place offers longer treatment times and better values than the typical luxury day spa. I couldn't agree with them more.
After the pedicure, the staff graciously provided me with a locker and a robe so that I could enjoy the steam room and the relaxation room. I could have stayed there the entire day!
I will definitely go back during my visits to San Diego and I know that my sister in law plans to return to this glorious place of pampering!
Abby was very nice and concerned about my experience. Mandy is a great stylist, honest and enjoyable to talk to.
