One-on-one personalized and customized nutrition programs tailored to 'meet you where you are' in your health and wellness journey. We'll discuss: setting and accomplishing chosen goals; understanding and reducing cravings; learning better eating and lifestyle habits; increasing energy and mental alertness; feeling better in your body and improving your health as well as personal relationships; exploring and shopping for healthier, whole food options; and creating a sustained wellness program so you no longer have to utter the words, 'I'm on a diet.'
One hour counseling sessions are offered at $150 per session.
Grocery Store Tours
One-on-one guided tour through the local health food store of your choice. Learn how to heal yourself from the inside out by learning how to select healthful, nutrient-dense food options, including healthy snacks on the go, natural sweeteners, good fats, sea vegetables, protein options, gluten-free choices, cultured foods, superfoods, great tasting condiments and much more.
Grocery store tour offered at $150 (1 1/2 to 2 hours).
