Nutrition & Wellness Consultation

In your Initial consultation will evaluate your physical state of wellness. We will review the following ares: health and nutrition history, eating habits, current exercise regimen, nutritional supplements, as well as set attainable personal nutritional & wellness goals.  This will be the foundation of a nutrition and lifestyle plan that will be prepared especially for you.  You will receive a customized food and nutritional supplement plan, in addition to shopping lists and supportive information to help get you started on the path to optimal health. In your Follow-up Appointment we will review your progress and help chart and recognize areas of concern as well as success.  We will provide support, encouragement, and guidance for optimal results to make sure that you are thriving and on target to reach your health and wellness goals.

Metabolic Testing                                                                                                                                                     This is a simple 5-10 minute breath test that is done in my office to attain your Resting Metabolic Rate/RMR.  This number is the total number of calories that your body requires on a daily basis just to stay alive.  From this number I can determine your daily calorie target and see if you have a healthy metabolism.  Everyone’s metabolism is unique and the plan that I design for you should be based on your needs and your personal daily calorie target.  If you have a healthy metabolism one test is fine.  If your metabolism is low, we need to design an action plan to increase your metabolism and do a follow- up test after several months on your new health plan. 1 Test $85 ~ 2 Tests $170.00

Specialty Nutrition Services

Therapeutic Weight Loss Program                                                                                                         You will learn about this 4 phase program during your initial 1 hour appointment.  This program is for metabolic syndrome and clients needing to lose 15 or more pounds.  It is a convenient and easy program to follow.  There are specific foods and supplements required as well as brief weekly appointments (at no additional charge).  You stay on this plan until you reach your goal weight.  During your weekly appointments you will pick up your food and have your progress charted and assessed. Those who follow this plan are guaranteed success. $200.00

Detox/Cleansing 10 Day Nutrition Protocol                                                                                       This one hour appointment is designed for the client who is interested in a natural “Clean Eating” Detoxification plan that is free of common food allergens.  This plan helps to cleanse your system of harmful toxins and bacteria while giving your digestive tract a much needed rest.   It is anti-inflammatory and very gentle.  This is a great way to start on the path to healthy eating habits and can also help with weight loss if a client is at a plateau.  Follow-up sessions post-Detox are highly recommended.  This plan does not include your supplement kit. $150.00

Comprehensive Detox/Cleansing 10 Day Program                                                   This program is designed to get you through your 10 Day plan with full support.  You will have two 45 minute nutrition appointments – before and post-Detox.  This plan also includes metabolic testing, body fat testing, as well as your required supplements.  You will emerge from this 10 day program with renewed health and energy as well as a personalized balanced nutrition plan to follow on a daily basis. $340.00

Family Nutrition                                                                                                                   This 1 hour session is designed for parents who want to make sure that their children are eating well and building healthy habits.  Proper nutrition should be enjoyed and understood by the entire family.  All family members are welcome to attend this session. $150.00 *If you would like this appointment to be in your home the charge is $225.00 per hour.

Whole Foods Shopping Tours                                                                                           This is a one-hour guided tour of the new Whole Foods at “The District”. The Healthy Shopping Tour Includes: a customized list of the best products that the store has to offer, how to navigate the large store and find the recommended items, time for Q & A, and healthy samples.*Discounts can be arranged for groups and corporate programs.These tours can be arranged for groups of 12 or more $10 per Adult
